Killing the Chieftain: sure it was somewhat explained by the girl later on, but I can't help but laugh at the cutscene. Was I supposed to feel anything towards her? All I remember is her being the annoying girl who stores my stuff. I just felt it was random at that point in time. Like the heroes suddenly develop a case of "You know what let's quit doing errands for these survivors and focus on escaping." I think it was before the town, after they've been helping survivors for a while and Jin manages them to encourage them to remain loyal to Sinamoi and the others. Speaking of cutscenes. There are several moments of the game I just felt were forced and unemotional. I just find it odd these characters have been surviving with one another for the past several days and still refuse to acknowledge one another's existence outside of cutscenes.

And there were no character interactions with one another like in L4D.

I can't count all the times Sam B would go "GODDAMN THAT BITCH IS HUGE!". The dialogue was poorly written too, and repetitive. I couldn't form a connection to any of the characters, they all felt like blank slates other than the audio descriptions.
